Two generations of the Urbanczyk family have combined their skill and know-how to introduce SCARAB Odor Solutions, an indoor composting system. Denise Urbanczyk Winter, a chemist, and her husband Mike, a business developer, joined her parents' business, SCARAB Manufacturing, several years ago. Marvin and Janet Urbanczyk started their windrow turner manufacturing company in the 1970s.
