Fed:Labor's tax cuts to be the last: Bishop

The federal opposition says the RUDD government's planned 31 billion dollars worth
of tax cuts will be the last under Labor.

Deputy Opposition Leader JULIE BISHOP says the ALP was forced to commit to tax cuts
during the election campaign .. but has said that'll be it.

Ms BISHOP's told the Nine Network she thinks that's a retrograde step .. after the
coalition consistently delivered tax cuts so people had money in their pocket.

She says it'll be interesting to see how may many .. if any .. of the ideas from the
2020 summit turn up in the May budget or become Labor policy.
